How it works

  1. Pick your cuts

    Subscribe & Save is live on our filet mignon today: Signature Filet Mignon, Proper Meats Filet Mignon and Vaca Vieja Filet Mignon. Open one of those pages and choose Subscription Member. We are opening the rest of the cuts to subscriptions next; until then, call us and we will set up a standing order on any cut by hand.

  2. Choose your rhythm

    On that same product page, pick a delivery frequency: weekly, every 2 weeks, every 3 weeks, monthly, or every 6 weeks. The 5% saving is applied to every recurring order.

  3. We take it from there

    We cut, pack and ship on your schedule. From My Subscriptions you can skip the next order, pause, resume or cancel at any time.

The details, plainly

  • 5% off full retail on every recurring order, on top of any farm pickup savings.
  • Free shipping on most orders over $150, or free farm pickup at checkout.
  • Sold by the pound, charged for the exact packed weight. Cuts sold by weight are charged at what actually goes in your box, each time.
  • A free account is all you need. Sign in or create one at checkout so we can save your order.
  • Your card is stored securely with Stripe for recurring orders. We never see the full number.
  • No lock-in. Skip, pause or cancel from My Subscriptions whenever you like.
